Devices to enable you to make and receive calls
Cloudserve provides you with a
backend VOIP system which you access through any internet
connection ton. There are two options with regards to devices to
make and recieve calls using the hosted VOIP systems: You can
download a free softphone (similar to Skype) or
purchase your own handsets elsewhere to use with the system.
Cloudserve reccomends the following handset brands and are
happry to assist in adice and guidance as to the most
appropaite handset according to your needs.
Softphone
A softphone allows you to make
calls via your latop or PC by installing a small piece of phone
software. You can make and take phone calls directly using a
headset plugged in. You can download our recommended softphone
here. This can be configured so you can access your phone system
from your laptop or PC.
